9nnn Terms and Conditions – Pakistan Players

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 9nnn platform, available at 9nnn.pro ("the Platform"). By creating an account, depositing funds, or using any service on the Platform, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you should not use 9nnn.

9nnn is an online entertainment platform offering sports betting, live casino games, slots, crash games, and related services. The Platform operates in PKR and is designed for use by adults in Pakistan who are at least 18 years of age. These Terms apply to all users regardless of how they access the Platform — whether through a browser on mobile or desktop.

2. Account Eligibility

To register and use a 9nnn account, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are a real individual acting on your own behalf — not on behalf of another person or a corporate entity.
• You have not previously had an account on 9nnn that was closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee of 9nnn or an immediate family member of such an employee.
• You are not acting in a professional capacity as a matched bettor or using any systematic method designed to guarantee profit regardless of game outcomes.

9nnn reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any stage. If satisfactory verification cannot be provided, the account will be suspended and any balance held will be reviewed in accordance with the circumstances of the account.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each person is permitted to hold one 9nnn account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed. Any balances or pending withdrawals held in duplicate accounts will be subject to review and may be forfeited.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. If your contact details change, update your account profile promptly so that 9nnn can reach you regarding your account, any verification requirements, or payment processing.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. 9nnn support will never ask for your password. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by someone else, contact support immediately and change your password. 9nnn cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Account Verification (KYC)

9nnn may request identity and address verification documents at any point — typically before processing a significant withdrawal or if unusual account activity is detected. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued identification. Proof of payment method ownership may also be requested. Verification is a standard process and does not indicate that your account is under any specific suspicion.

Accounts that do not complete verification within the timeframe requested will have withdrawal requests held until the process is completed. Providing false, altered, or fraudulent documents is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate permanent closure of the account.

4. Deposits and PKR Balances

All funds on the 9nnn platform are held and processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion applied to your balance at any stage. When you deposit using JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit card, credit card, or a supported mobile wallet, the amount you send is the amount credited to your 9nnn balance — subject to any minimum deposit threshold that applies to the specific payment method.

Deposits are credited to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed by the payment provider. For mobile wallet payments such as JazzCash and Easypaisa, this is typically within a few minutes. For bank transfers, processing follows standard banking timelines which may vary. If a deposit is not reflected in your account balance within the expected timeframe, contact 9nnn support with your payment reference and the amount deposited.

Deposit Limits

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed clearly on the deposit page within your account. Maximum deposit limits may also apply and can vary by account status. VIP members may have higher deposit limits. Deposits must come from a payment method that you own — depositing on behalf of another person or using payment methods that do not belong to you is not permitted.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the conditions in these Terms. Your available balance is your total account balance minus any active bonus funds that are still subject to wagering requirements.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframe displayed on the Withdrawal page. Standard accounts are processed in the regular queue. VIP accounts receive expedited processing as a benefit of the programme. 9nnn does not guarantee a specific processing time but aims to process all standard requests promptly.

Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever this is technically possible. If the original payment method is unavailable, an alternative may be agreed with support. You must own the payment method to which a withdrawal is being sent — withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted and will be declined.

Withdrawal Verification

Before a withdrawal is approved, 9nnn may require completion of account verification as described in Section 3. Additionally, large withdrawal amounts may require additional documentation confirming the source of funds deposited. These checks are standard practice and are applied consistently. Cooperating with the verification process is the fastest way to get your withdrawal approved.

Withdrawals may be declined if there is reason to believe that the account activity involved manipulation, fraud, abuse of bonus terms, or any other prohibited conduct described in Section 8. In such cases, the account will be reviewed and you will be notified of the outcome.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

9nnn offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback, and loyalty rewards. Each bonus offer has its own specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented. In all cases, the following general rules apply.

Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance separately from your real-money balance. Real-money funds are used first in gameplay. Bonus funds become available for withdrawal only after the associated wagering requirement has been completed in full. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the offer) must be wagered before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds.

Wagering Requirements

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet placed. 7. Games and Betting

9nnn provides access to slots, live casino games, crash games, table games, and sports betting markets. All games and betting markets are provided through third-party game developers and data providers. 9nnn does not operate the game engines directly — games are provided by licensed and established providers including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, NetEnt, and Hacksaw Gaming.

The outcome of all games is determined by the respective game provider's certified random number generation (RNG) systems. 9nnn has no ability to influence game outcomes. Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during gameplay, the affected round may be voided and the bet amount returned to your balance. If a malfunction results in a displayed win that is clearly disproportionate to the odds of the game, 9nnn reserves the right to void the win and return the original stake. This applies equally to live casino rounds and slots.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 9nnn platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent closure of the account:

• Creating more than one account per person, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any tool that interacts with the platform without direct human input on each action.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, game glitches, or odds calculation errors for financial gain.
• Placing bets on both sides of the same market across multiple accounts or in coordination with another person to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage abuse).
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment methods to fund an account.
• Providing false identity information, forged documents, or misrepresenting your age during the verification process.
• Using the platform to launder funds or process transactions on behalf of third parties.
• Colluding with other players in any live game or tournament to gain an unfair advantage.

9nnn monitors account activity and reserves the right to investigate any account where prohibited conduct is suspected. During an investigation, the account and any pending withdrawals may be placed on hold. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the hold will be lifted promptly.

9. Responsible Gaming

9nnn is an entertainment platform. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that gaming should be treated as a form of recreation with a budget you are comfortable losing — not as a method of generating income or recovering financial losses.

If at any point your gaming activity feels less like entertainment and more like a compulsion, you should use the tools available in your account settings. You can set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. You can set a session time reminder. You can request a temporary account pause or a permanent self-exclusion. Once a self-exclusion is activated, 9nnn will not accept logins from the affected account for the duration chosen.

9nnn will not knowingly accept deposits from or pay out winnings to an individual who has self-excluded. If you have previously self-excluded and your exclusion period has ended, you must contact support to confirm your wish to resume play — the exclusion does not automatically lift.

10. Privacy and Data

11. Limitation of Liability

9nnn is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, or emotional distress. The maximum liability of 9nnn to any player in relation to a specific event or transaction is limited to the amount deposited by the player in connection with that transaction.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter where limitation of liability is not permitted by applicable law.

12. Changes to These Terms

9nnn may update these Terms from time to time. When material changes are made, registered users will be notified via the contact method on file. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you should withdraw your balance and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
